BayInt privacy policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
BayInt is a private application that its owner runs on their own computer. This policy explains what it does with Google account data when the owner connects their own Google account.
What BayInt accesses
With the owner's explicit consent, BayInt uses these Google permissions for the connected account only:
- Gmail: read mail, and create drafts.
- Google Calendar: read events.
- Google Drive: read files.
How the data is used
The data is used only to display, organise and search the owner's own information inside BayInt, and to produce summaries for that same person. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Where the data is stored
Data is stored on the owner's own computer. Summaries and answers are produced by a language model running on that computer. It is not uploaded to a BayInt server, because there is none.
Sharing
BayInt does not sell, share or transfer Google user data to anyone. Nobody else has access to it. BayInt's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your data and revoking access
The owner can revoke BayInt's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and can delete the stored data by deleting it from the application or removing its folder from the computer.
